Copper Oxide, Electro-plating Grade(ECO-10) appears in Black Powder form and is used for the plating of Printed Circuit Board(PCB) and Catalysis, ECO-10 has rapid dissolution rate(within 10 sec.), low CI content(below 10ppm), low impurities, and superior flowability through our own patent, so it is very suitable for Electroless-plating or Electro-plating.
